Millions more dollars will not be making into the bank accounts of Oklahoma schools after the Department of Education announced a major revenue fund did not collect enough money.
A teacher at Midwest City Elementary sent a note home saying the school is going through a paper shortage. Because of that they wouldn't be sending home weekly letters and homework assignments.
