Several items are on the ballot as early voting begins across Oklahoma ahead of the April 1 election.

Early voting begins across Oklahoma on Thursday, days ahead of the April 1 runoff election.

There are several items on the ballot across the state.

In Oklahoma City, voters will decide who will be the next Ward 7 city councilmember between Camal Pennington and John Pettis Junior.

Residents in Harrah will vote on their next mayor, as will Edmond residents.

The two candidates for the Edmond mayoral race, Tom Robins and Mark Nash, met for a debate Wednesday night at Edmond City Hall.

Both candidates spoke at length about topics relating to city revenue, housing, and public safety.

Voters will be able to cast their ballots from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

Polls officially open on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
