NORMAN, Okla. -
Stephen Tyler Holman, longtime Norman council member, has won Tuesday’s race for Norman Mayor.
February 11, 2025 election results
Incumbent Mayor Larry Heikkila, who defeated former Mayor Breea Clark in 2021, was seeking reelection against Holman and attorney Riley Mulinix.

Holman had held the Ward 7 Council seat in Norman since 2013, making him Norman’s longest-tenured council member.
