Sentencing Scheduled For Man Accused Of Involvement In 2023 New Year's Day Shooting

A man accused in a deadly shooting at an Oklahoma City bar in January last year is expected to be sentenced on Thursday.

27-year-old Khalil Warren is accused of killing Daniel Howard and injuring four others on New Year's Day in 2023.

The District Attorney said they are recommending the judge sentence him to at least 30 years, however Howard's family says they want Warren's sentence to be longer.
