On the Good Life List with Mia Fleming, she has tried line dancing, salsa dancing, and even tap dancing.
But this week, she's daring to try a type of swing-dancing with an instructor who is helping those who take her classes exceed their own expectations.
The instructor said there are many benefits to joining a dance class community, including joy, friendship, and health benefits.
Experts say dance classes can be a moderate to intense workout and could burn up to 400 calories per hour.
