Oklahoma City Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Series Of Armed Robberies

An Oklahoma City man was sentenced to federal prison for robbing several businesses at gunpoint.

The Department of Justice says Marcus Clayton Harris committed a total of nine armed robberies in 2022 including firing shots during the robbery of a cell phone store. Harris Harris pleaded guilty in January of 2023 and admitted to robbing both a Family Dollar and Cricket Wireless stores, and to firing his gun during the Cricket Wireless robbery.

Harris was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Monday according to court records.
