Justin Moore, owner of Tom’s Men’s Haircuts, believes looking good is important, and it all starts with a haircut.

"It can boost your confidence, it can boost your self-esteem and give you that motivation,” Moore said. “Lot of guys come in right before an interview to get a haircut or something that's important to them because it’s your outer appearance, but inward, it can give you confidence."

Whether it's a quick trim or a drastic transformation, Moore has seen it all, but that's not his favorite part of his job.

"Just being able to connect with people,” Moore said. “We see hundreds and hundreds of people a week, so to be able to talk and connect with them just to see what's going on in their lives. Take care of people."

This week, Moore will go beyond the regular care he provides. He’s providing free haircuts to veterans this week.

"I never served, no one in my family ever did, but like I said from our clientele, we definitely have a variety of guys that have served in all different branches, and we are so grateful that they come and support us,” Moore said.

He's offered free haircuts on Veteran's Day before, but not for a full week.

"I could tell that they were really honored that someone would think of them. It’s the least we could do, one week out of the year,” Moore said.

While he's in the business of making people look good, people leave feeling good too.

The promotion will be going on through Saturday.
