NBA General Managers Survey:
An overwhelming 73% say Thunder has the best/most promising young core players.
And leading the way with the most GM votes on the most improved team, 30 percent selected the Thunder.
Last year, the Thunder were projected to win 27 games but won 40, this year they're projected to win 44.5.
