Two men were arrested on Wednesday in connection to the burglary of a southwest Oklahoma City dispensary, according to police. Two additional suspects fled on foot and were not located during an extensive search.

Police believe four suspects cut power to the 46 Releaf Dispensary and broke in through a back window. Little did they group know they set off a silent alarm that alerted police.

Shattered glass and a sign on the front door alerted customers the dispensary was closed due to the early morning burglary. Police were called around 3 a.m. on Wednesday to the business near Southwest 89th Street and Western Avenue to check the alarm.

An officer pulled around to the back of the business and saw four suspects. Three of them were carrying large bags of marijuana and loading the bags into an SUV with a Texas paper tag. The fourth suspect was sitting in the driver seat of the SUV.

“Once they saw the police officer, they fled on foot. One was able to be captured by the officer,” said Msgt. Gary Knight, Oklahoma City Police Department. “The person who was in the SUV simply drove away. Another officer nearby ended up stopping that person and taking him into custody, as well.”

Police said the two men caught and arrested were 21-year-old Deviante Blair and 22-year-old Keyontee Rollison. Police said both men were from the Dallas area. Two other suspects managed to get away.

“They called out a canine and Air One but that search at that point was unsuccessful,” said Knight.

One of the dispensary employees told News 9 he believed the same group attempted to break into the business over the weekend. One of the suspects could be seen in security video holding a crowbar and attempting to pry open a door. When the alarm went off the suspects ran away. The employee said the suspects wore masks during the latest burglary and did not get away with any of the store’s product. The stolen marijuana was recovered and returned to the business.

Investigators believe all the suspects are from Texas.
