Oklahoma City Mayor To Speak At 60th Anniversary Of March On Washington

Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt announces he has been asked to speak at the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington on Saturday.

On Aug. 28, 1963 nearly 250,000 Americans joined together in front of the Lincoln Memorial to hear Martin Luther King Jr. speak.

On Saturday, civil rights leaders will stand there again to commemorate the historic date.

The program will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Washington D.C.
