Share Your Views: OKC-County Health Department Releases Survey On Local Wellness

The OKC-County Health Department has released a new survey to ask residents about their opinions about the health status and quality of life for the metro.

The department said the survey results will contribute to the Oklahoma City-County Wellness Score and Community Context Assessment.
