1 Arrested In Norman After Pursuit Stemming From Traffic Stop, Police Say

A person is in custody after a pursuit that ended in Norman near Porter and Robinson, police say.

The Valley Brook Police Department said an officer tried to stop a speeding truck at SE 59th near Easter.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol took over the chase along I-35 in Moore.

OHP says troopers used a tactical maneuver to push the truck off the road in Norman.

Police say the driver had a suspended license and was arrested.
