New research shows exercising regularly helps protect against Flu and Pneumonia complications.

Current guidelines recommend adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week and muscle strengthening at least twice a week.

People in the study who met both requirements had a 48% less risk of dying from the Flu or Pneumonia.
