An Enid man has been charged after allegedly posting tweets threatening to kill Gov. Kevin Stitt and other Republican elected officials.

An Enid man has been charged after allegedly posting tweets threatening to kill Gov. Kevin Stitt and other Republican elected officials.

The U.S. Department of Justice said the threats were made a week ago, and Tyler Marshall was in court on Monday.

If convicted, Marshall could be sentenced to five years in federal prison.
