Person Taken Into Custody After Climbing Downtown OKC Hotel

The Oklahoma City Fire Department removed a man from climbing an Oklahoma City hotel building on Saturday.

According to OKCFD, a man climbed the Wyndham Grand Hotel near North Broadway Avenue and West Sheridan Avenue onto the roof.

The man tried to escape from the roof by going through the laundry chute, OKCFD said. 

Crews said the suspect was removed and taken into custody.
