On Monday, Carolyn Piguet from Piguet's Prime Time joined News On 6 at 4 p.m. and showed us how to make Pulled Pork Nachos.

INGREDIENTS:

Pulled Pork Potachos

4 cups of kettle cooked potato chips

3 cups cooked and shredded pulled pork, warmed in a skillet

3 cups of cheese, shredded (Monterey Jack)

1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (frozen or cooked)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup black olives

1/2 cup to 1 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup to 1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup to 1 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup pickled or fresh jalapenos


Warm kettle chips in oven or fry if frozen variety. Assemble on a plate and arrange ingredients as listed.
