City leaders in Broken Arrow just awarded a construction contract to bring a huge new park to the Southwest side of town.

A section of land behind Aspen Creek Elementary will be the home of Elam Park, an expansive new project that the city plans to build in phases Osage SkyNews 6 Pilot Dustin Stone has more details on the project.
