Electric Car Manufacturer Plans To Start Work This Summer

An electric car company plans to make battery modules in Oklahoma by this summer.

Canoo's plant is located in Pryor, Oklahoma at the MidAmerica Industrial Park.

The company said it is building multiple smaller factories for the components they'll need, along with a bigger factory where the cars will come to life.

Canoo plans to first build cars for fleet use and already has several large contracts for delivery vehicles.
