New DNA evidence disproves a death row inmate's claim that his father was the real killer of Juli Busken, according to prosecutors.

Busken, a 21-year-old student and ballerina at the University of Oklahoma, disappeared from her Apartment in Norman early in the morning of Dec. 20, 1996, and was found dead on the shore of Lake Stanley Draper later that day.

Anthony Sanchez was found guilty of her murder and sentenced to death in 2006.

Anthony Sanchez filed for post-conviction relief after his lawyers say his father confessed to killing Busken on his death bed.
