No major changes to our forecast for Tuesday morning as the chilly weather moves in with a cold front!

Partly cloudy skies with north winds will continue through the day and into Tuesday night. We will see cloudy skies with some light drizzle on Wednesday and even a light wintry mix in the northwest. The Siberian cold front still moves in on Thursday morning.

That cold front is likely to move into the metro by 3 a.m. We may see some light drizzle ahead of the front Thursday and then we see a change over to all snow. Snow will be blowing around and could limit visibility and cause some slick spots. The bulk of travel issues will be in NE OK. Temperatures will be in the single digits by Thursday afternoon. Winds to 45 and 50 mph will cause extreme wind chills measuring 10 to 25 degrees below zero. We will see temperatures remain below freezing until lunchtime on Christmas Day.

Another round of light snow looks likely Friday night into Saturday morning. This may give us a dusting for Christmas Eve morning. Christmas day we climb into the 40s with sunny skies.
