2 Men Arrested, Accused Of Sexual Assault In Norman

Police have arrest two men in connection to a sexual assault that happened Wednesday morning in Norman.

The incident happened near White Street and Buchanan Avenue.

Police arrested 26-year-old Jacob Howard and 29-year-old Arkavis Moore.

Both are facing sexual assault charges.
