Chance Of Rain, Storms Expected To Bring Cooler Temperatures Across The State

A hot afternoon is ahead for many Oklahomans as the chance of rain will cool down temperatures going into Saturday night.

A hot afternoon is ahead for many Oklahomans as the chance of rain and storms will cool down temperatures going into Saturday night.

Many will see temperatures in the mid 90s return Saturday, despite cloud cover and some low rain chances.

Showers and thunderstorms will expand across the state through Saturday evening and overnight.

More rain and clouds are expected across the state. The highs will stay in the 70s for many Oklahomans Sunday. Communities that will see less rain will warm up into the 80s. 

Rain chances will start to move south and into Texas Sunday evening through Monday.

The highest rain totals will be in the southern parts of the state.
