The man accused of crashing into an Edmond officer's motorcycle, killing him, if officially charged. Jay Fite is charged with second-degree murder or in the alternative, first-degree manslaughter.

The man accused of crashing into an Edmond officer's motorcycle, killing him, if officially charged.

Jay Fite is charged with second-degree murder or in the alternative, first-degree manslaughter.

A court date has not been set but police say Fite had meth and amphetamines in his system at the time of the crash, taking the life of C.J. Nelson.
