1 large red onion, thinly sliced
2/3 apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Place the sliced onion in a mason jar.
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the remaining ingredients and pour over the onions.
Place the lid on top of the mason jar and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before eating.
