Midwest City High School Student Taken Into Custody After Bringing Gun To School

A Midwest City High School student was taken into custody for having a gun on campus Friday morning.

According to Midwest City police, another student alerted the school resource officer about the gun.

The officer then took the weapon from the student and took him into custody without incident.
