An Oklahoma lawmaker said he plans to continue his fight to remove grocery store sales tax in the state.

State representative Sean Roberts said Oklahoma is one of six states allowing full taxes on groceries.

Representative Roberts said he'll push for a referendum to get a state question on the ballot.

If passed, all items eligible through SNAP, would be tax exempt for everyone.
