Oklahoma School Closings For Thursday, Jan. 27

Due to Wednesday's winter weather, road conditions in the west and southwest parts of the state are causing some schools to close.

Freezing fog is adding to the bad road conditions, causing slick spots for the morning commute.

Patches of black ice are also possible in western parts of the state.

There are several roads that are still covered with ice and snow in the southwest parts of the state.

Thursday afternoon temperatures will be in the 30s-40s with wind chills of 10-15 mph in these areas.

Please use caution if you are in one of these locations affected by the winter conditions.
