TULSA, Oklahoma -

A man has been arrested by The United States Marshal Service after appearing as its Most Wanted Suspect last November.

Marshals say the Tulsa Police captured Carlos Banegas on Tuesday. According to Marshals, Banegas was wanted for violating his federal probation and has a violent history involving narcotics and firearms.
