Police Identify Man Fatally Shot In NE OKC

A man was fatally shot Monday at a business in far northeast Oklahoma City, police said.

Officers were called shortly after 1 p.m. to the 9800 block of Spencer Jones Road near Britton Road.

Donnell Smith, 28, was shot during an argument in a parking lot, police said.

Smith was taken by private vehicle to Midwest City Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect or suspects ran away from the scene and are at large, police said.

So far, no arrests have been made.
