OSBI Makes Arrest In Connection With November Homicide

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the murder of Phillip Jones on November 15.

Sacarious Holman has been charged as an adult with first degree murder.

Holman was arraigned in Choctaw County on Wednesday and taken to a juvenile detention center to await trial.

On November 15, Hugo Police asked the OSBI for assistance after a call stating the Jones was dead in the backyard of a home in Hugo.

The FBI assisted in the investigation due to the McGirt Supreme Court ruling.
