If you're looking for a fun way to ring in the holiday season, the Philbrook Museum has a lot to offer.

For many families, this is an annual tradition, but museum leaders say they see new faces every year.

The Philbrook Festival has been a tradition this time of year for decades.

But Director Scott Stulen says new this year, there are two different experiences for people to enjoy.

You can go during the day and look at the Christmas trees and decor inside the museum along with all the exhibits.

There are Lego displays throughout the museum and outside submitted by people of all ages. You can vote on which one is your favorite.

And at night, the gardens turn into a magical oasis complete with thousands of lights synced to music.

Kids can meet Santa, and you can also grab a hot chocolate or bite to eat.

"What I love is seeing families get their photos here that they've done for decades in a lot of cases, and really become a family tradition. But even people I've met, that were here last weekend for the very first time. So that's what's great is to see people keep coming back and new people coming too,” Stulen said.

Festival Days are open each day during museum hours until New Year’s Eve. Festival Nights are going on Thursdays through Saturdays until Christmas Eve.

The museum recommends buying tickets in advance.
