A quiet start the day with patchy fog possible. Temperatures will warm into the 70s this afternoon with a south breeze.
Most of the daylight hours will be nice and quiet. Late this evening storm chances go up in southwest OK.
These storms will have the potential to be severe. Storms will move to the ENE through the overnight hours with best chances in the metro from 10 PM - 1 AM.
The threats tonight will be quarter size hail, winds to 65 mph, and a very low tornado risk.
The tornado threat is not nearly as high as it was earlier this week.
Some of the latest high resolution data suggest the cold front crashes in quickly and the severe threat is very minimal. We will bring you updates through the day.
