TULSA, Oklahoma -

Kevin Williams's first-degree rape and forcible sodomy charges were dismissed Monday after the victim did not cooperate in the case.

The victim, whose name has not been made public, was Williams's neighbor. She told officers that Williams came into the house where she lived and raped her in April 2020.

Williams claimed that the encounter was consensual.

Williams's bond for the case was exonerated with the dismissal as well.
