Cesar Chavez Elementary Placed On Brief Lockout Wednesday Morning

Cesar Chavez Elementary school was placed on a brief lockout Wednesday morning after possible threat to the building.

The person in question was never inside the school.

Oklahoma City police secured the school and the lockout was lifted.

The school said some students were held on buses and in cars while they waited for OCPD to finish securing the area.
