Pizza Sticks

1. 4 flour tortillas
2. Pizza sauce
3. Mozzarella cheese sticks
4. Pepperoni or Canadian bacon slices
5. Fresh basil leaves

1. Spread pizza sauce over the middle of the tortilla leaving an inch border around all sides.
2. Spread pepperoni over the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
3. Add fresh basil leaves and roll up.
4. Set on a panini press to toast and melt cheese.
5. Remove from the panini press and cut each stick in half.
6. Place in plastic bags and store in freezer till you are ready to set in lunch box.
