Police Car Hit By Stray Gunfire In Overnight Shooting Near I-240 & Penn

A police car was hit by two bullets after a shooting in Oklahoma City overnight.

It happened near I-240 and Penn just after midnight.

According to police, an officer spotted two cars "messing around" when gunfire was exchanged.

The officers vehicle was hit in the hood and passenger side door.

One of the vehicles stopped when the officer initiated a chase. Police did not find a gun in the pickup truck.

Officers are still looking for the second vehicle.

No one was injured in the shooting. Police are still investigating.
