2-Minute Corn on the Cob

  1. 6 ears corn
  2. 1 cup water
  3. Trivet
  4. Pressure Cooker


  1. Rinse the ears of corn with husks on well in warm water.
  2. Set the corn with husks still on in the instant pot.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup water into pot and seal well.
  4. Cook on HIGH pressure for 2 minutes.
  5. Once time is up do a QUICK RELEASE and carefully remove the corn from the instant pot.
  6. Use plastic pot holders to carefully remove the husks and silk.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings!
