The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Friday that a suspect connected to a child pornography case pleaded guilty in Oklahoma County court.
Joseph Allan Rogers II, 29, pleaded guilty to charges on three counts of lewd, indecent or lewd acts with a child under sixteen; three counts of manufacturing child pornography; one count of distributing child pornography; one count of aggravated possession of obscene materials involving the participation of minors under the age of 18 and one county of bestiality.
Rogers was arrested in May 2020 after an OSBI investigation discovered photos of a 14-month-old were tracked to a device in Jones. He received a life sentence plus 20 years.
Rogers' wife, 27-year-old Cherokee White, was arrested in June 2020 after a deeper investigation discovered additional sex crimes against the 14-month-old who was photographed.
She is facing one charge of lewd, indecent or lewd acts with a child under sixteen, one count of manufacturing child pornography and another count of bestiality. Her court date will take place later this year.
