- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup diced pancetta
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Olive oil
- Add oil to pan and sauté the pancetta until browned.
- Stir in the fresh garlic and spinach and cook until wilted.
- Immediately removed from the pan and serve.
