Sautéed Spinach

Sautéed Spinach

  1. 4 cups baby spinach
  2. 1/4 cup diced pancetta
  3. 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  4. Olive oil


  1. Add oil to pan and sauté the pancetta until browned.
  2. Stir in the fresh garlic and spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Immediately removed from the pan and serve.
