Teacher Of The Day: Kelly Frazier

Wednesday's T-Mobile teacher of the day is Kelly Frazier.

Kelly teaches Special Education at John Rex Elementary.

Her nominator tells us she is a joy to be around. She is caring, dependable, fun-loving, and wants every child to succeed.

Out of school, Kelly mentors high school students who look up to her in so many ways.
