Lawmaker Concerned After Max's Law Fails Due To State Budget Issues

A bill that would make state-building more accessible for people with disabilities has failed due to state budget issues

The bill was called Max's law and was authored by Democratic Representative Mickey Dollens.

The law would have required the installation of an adult-sized changing table in state-owned public buildings.
