OKCFD Urges Caution With Space Heaters To Avoid House Fires

Oklahoma City Fire Department Battalion Chief Benny Fulkerson said crews have responded to nearly 250 water-related calls since 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Fulkerson also reminded residents to be careful with using space heaters in order to avoid house fires. Oklahoma City Fire Department Battalion Chief Benny Fulkerson said crews have responded to nearly 250 water-related calls since 7 a.m. Tuesday morning. The department has responded to four house fires as of 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

No injuries have been reported.
