Many Tulsa County public offices will soon be moving to a new location down the street from their current home at the courthouse.

The offices will be moving from one corner of 6th St. and Denver Ave. to the opposite corner. Any offices under the board of county commissioners and the district attorney's civil division are making the move. This means anyone wanting to do things like record land records, obtain permits, pay property taxes, or reserve a park shelter, among many other options, can now do so in this new county building.

BOCC Commissioner Stan Sallee said in a statement, “This move is the beginning of a new era for Tulsa County. We’re taking services that have been housed in separate locations for decades and centralizing them in a one-stop-shop for our citizens. The taxpayers of Tulsa County will be able to record land records, obtain permits, pay property taxes, reserve a park shelter and take advantage of so many of our other services all in one easy-to-access location.”
