Multiple Agencies Responded To NW OKC Residential Fire

Firefighters were on the scene of a residential fire in northwest Oklahoma City.

The fire was reported near the intersection of West Britton Road and North May Avenue.

The first unit on the scene of the residence reported smoke coming from the roof of the home.

Authorities said the resident was not home at the time of the fire. The fire call was made just before 4:30 p.m. Saturday by a co-worker of the resident.

Firefighters from The Village enlisted the help of the Oklahoma City Fire Department to put the fire out.
