Man Dies After 2 Vehicle Crash On Highway 75 In Okmulgee County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man is dead after a crash involving two pick-up P trucks in Okmulgee County. According to OHP, the crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on Friday about 10 miles North of Beggs on Highway 75. Troopers say 77-year-old Charles Burris was pinned inside his truck for more than 30 minutes. Burris later died at the hospital.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man is dead after a crash involving two pick-up P trucks in Okmulgee County.

According to OHP, the crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on Friday about 10 miles North of Beggs on Highway 75. Troopers say 77-year-old Charles Burris was pinned inside his truck for more than 30 minutes. Burris later died at the hospital.

Troopers say the driver of the other truck was not injured but his passenger was taken to the hospital. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
