Owasso PD Arrest Man Accused Of DUI Hit-And-Run With Infant In Car

Owasso Police arrested a man suspected of being involved in a DUI hit-and-run with his infant son in the backseat.

The victim told police Stephon Hadley was speeding and changed lanes abruptly before hitting the back of the victim’s truck, sending him into a ditch.

Police said when they pulled Hadley over, he smelled of alcohol and had an open bottle of brandy in the car along with an empty bottle. Police said Hadley thought he was in Tulsa and claimed someone had hit him.

They said his blood alcohol content was 0.27. He was booked into jail for aggravated DUI and child endangerment. Hadley has a previous DUI in 2013.
