Oklahoma City Man Taken To Hospital After House Fire

Oklahoma City firefighters say a man was rushed to the hospital after being pulled from a late-night house fire near Southwest 84th and Penn.

Firefighters say the homeowners were asleep inside when the fire started.

“Two of the occupants, a mother and a child, were able to exit the house without any kind of injuries. There was one male patient who is in serious condition and was transported by EMSA to the hospital,” said David Shearer with OKCFD.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
