The Oklahoma County Commissioner's Office reinstated public comments during its meetings this week.
The leaders recently faced backlash after two out of three voted to give a majority of COVID-19 relief funds to the County jail. The decision has ignited a recall effort of Commissioner Kevin Calvey.
However, there is no legal framework in state law to recall a county commissioner.
