Orvel Sherrill is a local veteran who served as a tail gunner in a B26 during WWII.
He and his wife Virginia have been married for 78 years. On their most recent anniversary, they held a window celebration outside their assisted living center in Sand Springs to celebrate with family.
Thank you Orvel for your service and congratulations to you and Virginia on your marriage milestone.
