Something Good: Veteran Of The Day Leon Boaz

Today we are honoring veteran Leon Boaz of Sapulpa. Leon was nominated by his daughter Christal. Leon served as a jet mechanic in the Air Force during Vietnam transporting military equipment, helping evacuate wounded service members and transporting the remains of those who made the ultimate sacrifice back to their families. Christal said her dad taught her how to love God and our country. She says Leon is the strongest man she knows and is the best dad and grandpa around.
